I have looked upon the face of my daughter

And it felt like Heaven. Yes, praise God our referral came yesterday and today we saw her. Leah Bitna you are ours, and we love you. Bitna means "shining" and the name was given to her by her birthmother. She was born in Seoul on June 22. She is 6 months old. With beautiful lips and chubby cheeks, and very little hair! Oh how my heart is happy. Every step of this journey has led to her. I pray she comes home by April. Thank you Lord for this indescribable gift. We have a daughter!

    whooooohooooo I just got the chills....so exciting!! I'm sure she is gorgeous, and I love the name! How special that her birthmother gave it to her...love :) Cant wait to see pics. I am so happy for you!!

    Yay!!!!! I was wondering if the Psalm you posted yesterday was significant in that respect! Did you post that before or after your referral? Wonderful news for you!!!! Can't wait until it is my turn (though we will have a much longer wait for homecoming do to the different Korean agency.)

    WHOOO-HOOOOOOO!!!! One of the teacher's I work with is also adopting and we both check your blog often. She told me today you had your referral and I literally shouted out loud at the news!! Then I ran back to my room to pull up your blog for myself! How exciting! I am sooooo happy for you! Your day has finally come!!!!! Can't wait to see her beautiful face!!!!!!
